Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

TALMORIN, LLC offers several secure payment options for purchases made through talmorin.com. Depending on your location, device, account eligibility, and checkout availability, accepted payment methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Payment options displayed at checkout represent the methods currently available for your order. Some payment methods may not be available in every country, on every device, or for every transaction.

2. Transaction Currency and Payment Authorization

All orders placed through talmorin.com are processed in EUR as our transaction currency. Customers should review the final order total, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and payment information before confirming a purchase.

When an order is submitted, the selected payment provider may perform an authorization or security review before payment is approved. An order is considered successfully paid only after the relevant payment provider confirms the transaction. If your card or account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or currency-conversion charges.

3. Payment Processing and Security

We use Stripe and PayPal to support secure payment processing. Card payments and supported digital payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay may be processed through Stripe or its integrated payment infrastructure, while PayPal payments are handled through PayPal's secure systems.

TALMORIN, LLC does not store complete card numbers, CVV or CVC security codes, or magnetic-stripe data on our normal website systems. Payment information is transmitted through secured payment environments using HTTPS and SSL/TLS encryption. Stripe maintains payment-security controls designed to meet applicable PCI DSS requirements, and additional authentication measures such as tokenization or 3-D Secure may be used where supported or required.

4. Failed, Declined, or Pending Payments

A payment may be declined, delayed, or remain pending because of insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, card restrictions, expired payment credentials, bank security controls, fraud-prevention checks, authentication requirements, technical interruptions, or restrictions applied by the payment provider.

If payment is unsuccessful, please verify your payment and billing information or contact your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or the relevant payment provider. You may also contact us at care@talmorin.com if the order status on our website appears incorrect. For security reasons, we cannot override a payment provider's authorization decision.

5. Refunds and Original Payment Method

Eligible refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Once a refund has been approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the order and is generally processed within 7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Payments processed through Stripe are refunded through the original Stripe-supported payment method, while PayPal payments are refunded to the original PayPal payment method. Refunds are not normally redirected to a different card, bank account, digital wallet, or third-party account. After we issue a refund, the time required for the funds to appear may depend on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider.

6. Payment Disputes and Customer Assistance

If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise associated with a payment problem, please contact us at care@talmorin.com so we can review the order and transaction information with you. We may request reasonable information such as the order number, transaction details, or supporting documentation to help investigate the issue.

Where a payment dispute, chargeback, or payment-provider review is opened, we may provide relevant order, payment, delivery, tracking, refund, and customer-service records to Stripe, PayPal, the applicable bank, card network, or other authorized payment provider as reasonably necessary to respond to the case. For information about how transaction and payment-related data is protected, please review our Privacy Policy. For return and refund eligibility, please review our Return & Refund Policy.
